Description

Somethin Else is just what his name implies! A product of an outstanding pairing of multi-champion and 5X Get of Sire winner, Accoyo Somethin's Up, and multi-champion (including AOBA and The Futurity), Accoyo Karrie, he is a genetic powerhouse that is stacked with the likes of Ramilo, Jackpot, and Torbio. The lock definition on his regrowth is almost unbelievable. Add luster and density into the equation, along with a calm disposition, and you have a male that is sure to improve your herd.
He has had limited exposure in the show ring, but has done well, receiving positive comments on his fineness, density, regrowth, and bone.

2013 biopsy stats (Alpaca Consulting USA):
48.4 follicles / sq. mm
9.7 : 1 secondary : primary ratio
SD primaries = 4.0
SD secondaries = 3.4
primary : secondary fiber population differential = 3.1 micron
Ian Watt commented "very close fiber population differential...primary SD not hugely different from secondary SD, which is a highly sought after characteristic not common in a lot of Suri males used as herdsires."

EXCELLENT E.P.D. stats...contact us for details.

Drive-by and multi-breeding discounts

Somethin Else is co-owned with Portage Valley Suri Alpaca Farm in Ohio. The two partner farms have decided that it is time for another farm to benefit from the traits that he is passing on to his cria, and have decided to offer for sale full ownership of Somehin Else.
