Sire: Accoyo Cabos ARI#
30926219 Medium Fawn Our 1/3 interest is for sale, please call for details. Hes affordable for any farm, great opportunity!
He fixes conformation, adds bone, passes along brightness, and creates offspring with PRESENSE!!!!!! Breed him to fineness, he passes on the fineness.
He is a Pleasure to own. Easiest animal to handle on the farm!
Full Accoyo, SOLID medium fawn!
Cabos exudes character from personality to fiber. Take a look at his fleece pics and view his very organized 15 micron fiber character . Keep in mind that his fleece is less than 2" staple in these pics(hi-frequency crimp). Cabo's character should be a welcomed site for all breeders who breed for colored fine fleece.
In the showring, he is competing strong with NO full Accoyos placing above him. His major weakness? being a male born in April makes it tough to compete against older mature males.
Carolyn and I have been searching a couple years for fawn males to breed to our over-achiever 12X Champion Miss Priss and 5X Champion Crystal. Then, we ran into CABOs........OH My! We bought this male primarily with Priss and Crystal breedings in mind, however, he will be bred to most of our top females. He is truly one of the overall nicest fawn males we have ever seen.
Congratulations to Jack and Denise of Legacy Criations for producing such an incredible male.
Cabo is the complete package for a fawn male. He has one of the most organized fleeces we have ever seen. His brightness is suri-like.
A Histogram documenting a 15 micron was a pleasant surprise. Although, it shouldn't be a surprise given Cabos dam has a 17 micron at 2.5 years of age.
He has extreme density with extreme leg coverage. His style of crimp is high frequency with rare high definition. Heavily boned. Crimp from his toes to his tail, neck and head are phenominal. Cabox is very uniform throughout, even down under his belly!
His consistent medium/Dark fawn coloring throughout his body is gorgeous but his tail gives us a pleasantly crimpy medium brown coloration. Remember,he is Full Accoyo?

This is our Lingering fineness breeding program at work! We are very excited with what we are producing with regards to LINGERING fineness. We want the fineness to hang there in the teens for 4-5 years.
If you have been around on our website, you have probably noticed that we do quite a bit of mixing Victor/Misty Maiden bloodlines with fineness and crimpy results.
Balbina is very fine as mentioned earlier, and considering her sire, Admiral, she will likely maintain her fineness for years. At first, we had a difficult time judging her density but as the weight/micron numbers concluded , she is very dense. She is very balanced, with excellent bone and coverage. Balbinas dam, Moraine, always makes big boned girls. When we describe her fleece characteristics, one picture is worth a 1000 words. Obviously she is very bright & shiny with medium frequency crimp and bundled quite nicely demonstrating a very organized fleece. I'm forecasting at least one of those purple banner thingys!.
Balbina has some excelent lineage: Accoyo Felix, Accoyo Camillo, Accoyo Victor, Accoyo Royal Fawn, Camelot, Misty Maiden. Balbina is half Accoyo and full Peruvian. She is also related to NWA JEAN and Jericho.
She sells with a free breeding to any of our champion males and we guarantee a Female!
Her sister,Sasha won a few blues last year in the beige classes and is maintaining a 17 micron at 2 years of age. She is the only reason that we consider selling Balbina.
We elected not to show Balbina this Spring as she was on the small side of normal(68lbs. at 8 months old)and her fleece was short because she was shorn in September. The judges seemed to be dinging smaller alpacas this year and not considering shearing dates. Balbina continues to grow normally and we plan on showing this fall

Description
This little cutie got Champion Accoyo Cabo's presense , fiber character ,and coloring. But it looks like she is getting her dams fineness and brightness! Balbina maintained 15 micron until age 2! Belita is going to be stunner in the ring.
Showgirl. She is one of Accoyo Cabos fines offspring to date. And it appears she has Cabos phenotype which includes extreame coverage, big bone, and perfect conformation.
Both Belita's parents are extremely bright. Belitas brightness should come as no surprise and is genetically locked in.
In her first show at 6 months old, we were pleased that she won 5th place in a 13 alpaca class with 2 Snowmass competitors. Judge Timmerman remarked that her brightness was tops in the class and looks for her to rise to the top of the class.
Belita has an impressive pedigree. Her sire, Accoyo Cabos, brings Accoyo Archimedies, Accoyo Express, Accoyo Camillio.
Her dam, Balbina, brings Accoyo Royal Fawn, Accoyo Victor, Accoyo Felix, SCA Magnum, and Misty Maiden
