Sire: Bevo of Copper Ridge ARI#
30336278 Bay Black We spotted this young male at the AOBA conference and were immediately intrigued by what we saw. Bevo is what is referred to as "The Total Package" and five separate judges have mentioned just that. He has incredible density and coverage, and tons of character in his soft-handling fleece. His large boned yet compact frame make a second look common. Under the term "alpaca phenotype" you just might find a picture of Bevo. When we teach people about conformation, we use Bevo as the example. These characteristics are all a must for any breeding program. Bevo's calm, confident, gentle personality just add to his total appeal.
Although Bevo has won in both bay black and dark indefinite classes; his lineage of silver gray, true black, brown, fawn and beige from Chile, Bolivia and Peru shine in this package of diversity. We have bred him to females of a broad spectrum of colors to find his true identity. His first cria have arrived and they are truly amazing. The all have his heavy bone and perfect conformation (see Photo)The fleeces are very dense an gnarly and in the majority of his crias, the color of the dam. The colors range from light fawn to true black. Of the offspring on our farm, the highest AFD of fleece was 19.0. We think that's pretty remarkable.
Bevo's first cria, Che Bevette, recently took a blue Ribbon at PAOBA and prior to that her beautiful. true black, 15.9 micron fleece took 2nd place at MAPACA. His ribbon winning crias are available in just about every color. The density and fineness are nothing short of amazing.
Bevo's famous mid-western sire Providence Rennes, is the multiple blue ribbon winning, half-brother of Dom Lucilio. And Bevo's mother is out of Desparado, a blue ribbon winner at both AOBA and MAPACA. These are fantastic and uniquely crossed bloodlines now available in Pennsylvania.
At age 7 Bevo's fleece is still fine and exhibits beautiful structure and he continues to amaze our shearer with his density.

Dam: 5C's Chaquita ARI#
30602236 Medium Rose Grey We knew the minute she was born that Chaquita was something special. Her beautifully fine, rose grey fleece and stunning presence has earned her top placements at shows everywhere. She is one of the alpacas that visitors inquire about the most. We think she has become even more beautiful since she is bred. We chose Bevo for her first breeding and we're glad we did. Her first cria is a medium brown female with white facial markings. Carly has one of the most knotted fleeces we have ever seen. Density and fineness seem to be her strengths. Check out the cuteness factor!!!!!!
Chaquita is now bred to our multi-champion Sparks for a September 2011 cria. Champion to Champion-----------?????
Well, the two rosegreys, produced a beautiful fawn female. Rosegreys are particularly tricky to predict color. Though she is not grey, she is beautiful. Chifawn has a the shiniest little curly q's you've ever seen. Check back for photos of this little beauty.
Description
Carly is just beautiful. She's the combination of our Champions Chaquita (rose grey) and Bevo (bay black). Her solid blanket is a beautiful shade of brown and her white facial markings really give her character. She's a bit shy, but very sweet like both her parents. We recently bred Carly to Chill Factor for a 2013 cria. With both black and grey in her background the possibilities for her are great.
Carly comes with her maiden breeding and one additional breeding that may be transferred.
