Skyline's Franchesca
Huacaya, Female, Proven | Medium Fawn

Sire: Snowmass Invincible ARI#
830226 White Snowmass Invincible fits his name, as he beat out the entire US in a growing competitive group of ultimate white alpaca males to take 1st Place in his class at the 2003 All American Futurity of Sires. As if that weren’t enough, he also won overall White Male Champion!
There is not an alpaca without Royal production history (out of a line of alpacas that have historical production records) in this males lineage. This alone makes him Invincible. He is phenotypically perfect.
Invincible’s world class genetics make him top-of-the-line. His Sire, Snowmass Legacy Gold, is an undefeated medium fawn male who has also double championed at the same challenging All American Futurity two years in a row — 1999 and 2000 along with a host of other Champions at other national shows.
Top-performing lineage continues on the side of Invincible’s Dam, Snowmass Maree Love. Her Dam is Snowmass Peruvian Lace, who is sired by Accoyo Caligula and is out of an all time Royal great Grand Dam, Peruvian Jesusa 0662, a Conchatanca import.
We have dubbed Invincible the "Elite Alpaca" Herdsire. Whether bred to color or to white, Invincible will undoubtedly improve upon the females to whom he is bred.
Now is your chance to add "Invincible Impact" to your breeding program. To feel the power his genetics can bring to your herd, contact us today.

Dam: Skyline's Francine ARI#
30852730 Medium Fawn Skyline’s Francine has got the genetics you want if you're breeding for quality color. Her mother is a rare Med. Silver Grey Felix Daughter and her Sire is PPeruvian Leon. These genetics give Francine a Grey background as well as being 3/4 Accoyo. Francine has an outstanding head, correct conformation and she has dense, fine fleece. Her yearling fleece had an 18.1 AFD, 4.5 SD, 23.8, CV, 2.8 %>30u histogram and she has maintained a soft handle as she has matured. Last spring her fleece weight was 9.3 lbs.
Francine is a proven and excellent mother. She has plentiful milk and is very attentive to her crias--everything you are looking for in a foundation female! She gave us an outstanding Invincible daughter in 2009. Franchesca looks just like mom and we plan to keep her in our herd. In 2009, with Francine’s grey background, we bred her to our newest herdsire, ATV Silver Elation for a 2010 cria. We were very excited about this pairing and had high hopes for a grey. El Dorado, a Light Rose Grey, didn't disappoint. No surprise, as he combines Felix, Leon genetics from his Dam’s side, and Mr. Roosevelt, Shaquille, and Silvio from the Sire’s side.
Francine is one of our quality foundation females that we hate to part with, but we are trying to keep our numbers down so we are offering some of our best for sale.
Service Sire: ATV Silver Elation_deleted_7/12/2023 6:42:37 PM ARI#
31118149 Light Silver Grey Due Date: 6/4/2014 One of Silver Elation’s yearling daughters, Sheer Heaven, achieved Grey Color Champion at the 2021 Alpaca Western Extravaganza show! Also one of his Juvenile daughters got a 2nd place in the Juv. Light Silver Grey class at the same show. Also previously many of his offspring have won blue ribbons and championships.
Silver Elation is a rare dilute silver gray with an incredibly soft, well bundled and consistent fleece without any spots. This male was born with a distinct Classic Silver Gray pattern which all but disappeared as his fiber dried. Every person who has seen him has been impressed by this amazing fleece that appears platinum in color with white in the neck, bib, face and legs.
When we took him to two very competitive shows in 2008, he was put into an indefinite class which did not allow him to show appropriately but he still won the Blue Ribbons.
Originally, I Proudly Co-Owned him with ALPACAS of Tualatin Valley! But now I completely own Silver Elation. You will get full ownership of him with this purchase!
Many of Silver Elation’s cria , have won 1st place and Gunsmoke won 1st and Reserve Color Champ at Alpacapalooza 2012 as did Sheer Heaven in 2021.at AWE.
As much as we really love Silver Elation, we do need to downsize our herd. He will be a great addition to your herd.
Oh and some sad news! Which is why I’ve reduced his cost! His knee on his back leg is hurting him and the vet that saw him thought that he could be repaired with a surgery at Oregon State vet hospital! He still has wonderful fleece so that way the $100 price is OK. If you purchase him and get his leg repaired he likely could be a good male again but I’m not completely sure! But for only $100 he is worth that for his fleece! Hope someone is interested in purchasing him! Only reason I’m willing to sell him is I have one of his wonderful males, Palladium! So I will get to keep his genetics!
Description
Skyline’s Franchesca is one of our outstanding females that we’ve kept in our breeding program as she has an amazing pedigree. Her Sire is Snowmass Invincible, one of the famous herdsires sold by Snowmass in recent years. He carries Legacy, Hemingway and Caligula in his background. Her Dam, Francine, has Leon and Felix in her background. Now you can hardly beat that lineup. With all that behind her, we weren’t surprised by Franchesca’s style, conformation and soft handle fleece. She was impressive in the show ring as well winning a 2nd at the very competitive CABA Classic show as a yearling.
For Franchesca’s first cria we bred her to our Champion herdsire MFI Peruvian Magistrate. Magistrate, a Jericho son, is a phenotypically gorgeous stud with a bright, fawn fleece displaying outstanding fleece character and exceptional density. We were not disappointed by the outcome, a fabulously bright white male. We don’t breed for white, but his guy was really amazing and we sold him to the owners of Spring Harvest Fiber Mill.
For Franchesca’s 2013 cria we bred her to Crescent Moon’s Donato hoping to bring out the grey in her background. We got another fabulous boy, this time in Dark Brown and you can see by the photos, he is the complete package; great bone density, fabulous head and spectacular fleece.
Franchesca is currently bred to ATV Silver Elation another one of our spectacular herdsires that has produced multiple champions. We keep hoping to tap into Franchesca’s grey background, but either way, you will end up with a fabulous cria given what we have seen from Franchesca so far.
