Description
Double 8 Midnight Moon is a striking non-fading true black female. She is very similar to her Color Champion sister!!
Midnight Moon's fleece is very crimpy (you can really feel it!). It's very dense and brilliantly bright with NO white fibers. The best feature of this true black fleece is its softness, which was noted by the Judge at Midnight Moon's first show as a yearling (see more impressive show info below).
In her first show at VAOBA, Dec. 2012, Midnight Moon placed 1st above CCNF Man-In-Black, Peruvian Lancaster, Legend's Challenger of KPR, MFI Leathal Weapon, El Nino's Accoyo Michelangelo offspring (just to name a few of the notable genetics she was up against in this highly competitive true black yearling class of 13.) Judges comments: Very soft, unbelievably BLACK with no white fibers, dense and consistent crimp throughout blanket.
