LHSA Yuma's Sorrell
Suri, Male, Unproven | Dark Brown
ARI# 31651769, D.O.B. 10/2/2009, Full Peruvian
Sire: Yuma of Long Hollow ARI#
1191189 Medium Brown This is a very dense yet very soft fleeced male. He is one of our last 2 breedings with PPeruvian Angel before he died. This is the kind of fleece that you have to dig through to get to the skin. But when you do there's the luster you are looking for. "Yuma" stands for "Chief's son" and he has the same solid bone and build of his sire. His dam is Alpha (a Papacito/Penelope offspring)
Which makes Yuma full Peruvian, 1/4 Accoyo. Alpha is a half sister to Admiral's Commander.
We have bred Yuma to our MacGuyver girls since he is totally unrelated. He passes on the body & the fiber that got him a 1st at AOBA & 1st at the Futurity.
Dam: Santiam's Triscuit ARI#
830674 Light Fawn This Light Fawn female is as cute as she can be, a proven mom with good milk production who is easy to handle and has a great personality.
If you love suris, Santiam’s Triscuit is definitely a girl that requires a strong look. She is a prime example of what quality genetics can do. Triscuit’s sire, Macgyver’s storied history speaks for itself, and when you mix in her dam's Pperuvian Inca’s solid genetics this girl was born to be a winner.
Description
Sorrell was nicknamed 'puppy dog' early on, as he is so easy going! He will come right up to you and push his head under your hand so you could rub his ears! As an adult has kept his great personality and is growing into some great fleece characteristics as well a solid frame. He is turning into the spitting image of his sire Yuma of Long Hollow and with Angel, Papacito, Macgyver and Bruxo in his blood we are expecting great things out of our sweet 'puppy dog'.
