Rosehaven's Guya
Huacaya, Female, | Light Brown
ARI# 31927642, D.O.B. 6/9/2010,
Sire: ADDW Peruvian DiMaggio ARI#
1173987 White Joe - well okay there is no Joe in his official name - but he really is Joe DiMaggio.
Wade Gease called him the perfect phenotype on our farm. He stands proudly and correctly, with the perfect head and the perfect bite. He never went into the ring until he was already over 3 years of age. He took a 4th in his first show (SEPA) and took a 2nd at the Empire Extravaganza. We were thrilled!
His heritage is quite nice, with Maple Brook Elliot (Bueno) and Caudillo as well as Kenamori Gold and Royal Fawn. All of these genetics were brought to this stately boy. He is a good size boy and will bring size, excellent fleece and perfect phenotype to your herd.
We are so impressed with his first cria (Cinderella Liberty) that we have bred him back to every color we have!! Very impressive boy. Check out Cinderella and see what we mean. :)
We are running a special - an economy busting special on him. Don't let this opportunity go!
Dam: Tara of Rosehaven ARI#
31073165 Medium Brown Tara is a lovely girl. She is a Shades of Gray granddaughter, who is a Peruvian Silverado son. Her fiber is incredibly soft to the touch, lovely crimp and architecture, with a shine that won't quit - almost as if the fiber is wet! She was originally a medium to dark brown girl, nearly a mahogany tint to her. As she's grown older, though, she is starting to show some grey. Nonetheless, we are very happy with Tara and, of course, Saving Grace.
Guya, born in 2010, turned out to be a gorgeous cria after breeding Tara with DiMaggio. Her 2011 cria, Garnet Rose, combines the best of Tara and our own Champion Lord Stirling. We can't wait to see how she grows up!
Description
This was another June baby for us here at Rosehaven a few years ago. This little girl, along with half brother Trooper carries on the fine qualities of their sire, Peruvian DiMaggio. For her dam, Tara, this was her first cria, passing on all we could have wished. Guya has turned into quite a nice girl with lovely fleece that can't go ignored. Currently we are considering keeping her in our foundation herd.
She is a terrific female. and she can be yours in your breeding program.
