Arapaho Delgado's ILLYAPA
Huacaya, Male, Unproven | Dark Silver Grey
ARI# 36338771, D.O.B. 4/22/2024,
Description
Illyapa’s is named after the Inca deity associated with lightning, thunder, and rain storms, and holds significance in Inca mythology.
Currently approaching two years of age, Illyapa features a unique fiber color: originally a dark bay black, it has transitioned to grey over time. This change aligns with his lineage, as both sire and dam are black but originate from a grey breeding program. His fiber displays moderate crimp and offers a fine soft handle. He is halter-trained, gentle, friendly, and slightly reserved.
Illyapa would be an excellent addition to a fiber herd or family farm.
He is currently list priced as a non breeder but for an additional price could be sold as a breeder.
