H2R Valerian is one of the most decorated herdsires at Happy Hounds. As a show animal, H2R Valerian was a 2X Judge's Choice winner and 7x banner winner. As a breeding male, Valerian's production includes the 2023 AOA National Supreme Light Champion Huacaya Female, H2R Lunar Vesta. His other offspring that have won judge's choice include H2R Vivian and H2R Viviana. H2R Valerian was undefeated in Get-of-Sire during the 2022, 2023 and 2024 show year, including a 1st at the AOA Nationals and The Futurity in 2022. Valerian produces both light and color.

This male has an amazing fleece, excellent conformation and beautiful head. He is Snow Diamond Absinthe, son of 7x champion CCNF Elixir who also is 2x judges' choice winner. Absinthe already has won two color championships and a judges' choice award in his first show season. Snowmass Matrix Majesty and CCNF Archangel run in Absinthe's dam's pedigree.
Judges in two fleece shows have recognized Absinthe's "fine fleece with great uniformity" and "his high degree of fineness and uniformity." In a walking fleece competition, he had three perfect scores and one score that was just a point away from perfection. In halter he was named Judge's Choice at the 2019 Illinois Alpaca Show.
Absinthe produces all the colors, including appaloosa and black! His offspring have been bannered at the AOA National Show in both halter and walking fleece.
Absinthe's first cria crop included the 2023 AOA Supreme Champion Dark Huacaya Female H2R Queen's Jubilee. Jubilee was also Judge's Choice at the 2023 Futurity and High Selling Huacaya Female - sold to Oldenburg Alpacas and Madrick Alpacas in Germany.
Other Judge's Choice offspring include H2R Truffle Shuffle and H2R A La Mode.
His son, H2R Atlas sold to Rotten Mud in Poland.

Appropriately named, Vesta means the divine representation of the flame inside ourselves, the one that gives us our spark of life. The last cria born in 2021, Vesta’s fleece does just that – it sparkles with brightness.From our award winning and best producing maternal line, this Snowmass Serenity Sunbeam granddaughter leads our 2022 juvenile show string! At her very first shows, the MOPACA Invitational and Mid America Alpaca Challenge, Vesta claimed 1st and color champion for white female Huacaya at just a little over 6 months of age. Vesta was 1st Place in a very completitve class of Yearling White Huacaya Females and Huacaya White Female Color Champion at the 2022 Alpacapalooza and the 2022 NW Alpaca Showcase. Vesta was also 1st Place Yearling White Huacaya Female at the 2022 Gold Country Gathering. She is a half sister to H2R Lunar Soleil, now owned by Eagle Eye Farm who sold at the 2022 Amber Autumn Auction. Both Vesta's dam and sire did very well in show ring before being placed in our breeding program.
Update: Vesta's first offspring, H2R Astra, took a 1st at Futurity and multiple banners in halter and walking fleece at fall 2025 shows.
