Moonbeam is the daughter of our Cressie who has been deceased for some years now. Cressie was the name sake of Crescent Moon and Moonbeam has carried her mom’s torch with distinction. Moonlight Memories is the maternal sibling to one of the high sellers at the first Priority Sale named Crescent Moon’s Moonlytroses who was purchased by the good folks at Flying Pony Alpacas. Moonlight Memories is a really pleasing true black female. She displays really good density and brightness in a fleece that is uniformed in micron, length, color and architecture. And the handle…..oh what a handle! It is slick! Moonlight Memories was bred to Crescent Moon's Thelonius. Can't wait to see that Cria!!!
UPDATE: Moonlight Memories just had her first cria 5/29/16, a beautiful little girl looking like a True Black. It's that Blueish Black color that we were hoping for. Her name is "Odin's Black Ecstacy".
UPDATE: Moonlight had her second cria on 6/2/17, another beautiful little girl. This little beauty came in at 17 lbs. sporting a Medium Brown blanket with a Dark Brown head and legs. Odin's Brown Sugar seems to have it all, time will tell.

Mario has excellent conformation with a strong, balanced frame. His fleece is very dense with long staple length and well-defined bundles of crimpy fiber, which have continued to improve as he matures.
He made an impressive debut in the show ring at just 6 months old, competing in the Iowa shows in October 2020 and earning multiple Blue Ribbons in competitive juvenile grey classes, along with a ribbon in walking fleece. His early success highlights both his fleece quality and overall presence.

Odin’s Brown Sugar is a beautiful female with a rich, lustrous bay black fleece and strong, correct conformation. Her fleece is fine, dense, and exhibits a consistent crimp style, making her both visually appealing and highly functional from a fiber standpoint.
Brown Sugar has proven herself as a reliable producer, consistently delivering quality offspring in desirable colors. She has produced both black and brown cria, demonstrating her ability to contribute strong color genetics to a breeding program.
For 2025, she was bred to our grey herdsire Zodiac’s Mario Andretti and delivered a male cria on May 20, 2025. He is developing into either a dark brown or dark rose grey, showing early promise and further reinforcing her versatility as a producer.
She is currently bred back to Zodiac’s Mario Andretti and is due in late April 2026. Mario is a medium silver grey male known for his excellent conformation, dense fleece, and long staple length with well-defined crimp. As a juvenile, he earned multiple blue ribbons in competitive grey classes, and his pedigree combines the powerful genetics of Leviticus and Graceful Fawn, tracing back to influential lines including JLFA Casanova’s Peruvian Frango and 10x Champion Spalding.
