31151993 White Bianca is on of our last living daughter of Hemingway's Bogart. Bianca has some very valuable genetics and EPDs given her father's lineage.
This production dam is the whole package. She has size, conformation, bright white fine uniform dense fiber. On top of all that, she has the genetic EPD values that indicate she can pass on her fiber quality characteristics in all fiber traits to her offspring. This has been an important foundation female for Colusa Riverside Alpacas. We purchased this dam a number of years ago because she was a daughter of Hemingway's Bogart and knew would have top and bottom recent Hemingway genetics. At age thirteen she still has SDAFD under 4. Bianca's most important genetic trait is for her superior trifecta genetic values in 3 traits, SD, AFD and SL.
Bianca's last histogram has no EPD values above 23% in any rank, 11% in staple length and AFD is 9.45% and to top that off a 2. 0% in SDAFD. These three EPD values rarely come together in the same animal. In 2022, hope to get many more offspring from her.

READY FOR RE-BREEDING THIS FALL. Some special foundation females come along occasionally that you are very excited about. Beautiful is one of those alpacas. She is the daughter of Deja Vu's Royal Legacy by Best Man. She is well proportioned and has beautiful fleece that is very dense and fine. She is now a proven dam with the birth of her first cria, a female from her pairing with Majestic's Man.
Beautiful's Dam is one of our prized foundation dams. Her dam is a daughter of Hemingway's Bogart, upon which most of our foundation dams have his genetics. Beautiful missed the show season as a juvenile, and the 2021 show season was limited for us as well. Her only fault would be facial coverage but easily corrected with the right pairing.
The judges remark in the Bred & Owned Halter class was "this alpaca is incredibly dense, it was difficult to open the fleece it was so thick". She also carries long staple length and is very fine and uniform. This is evident in her yearling fleece with an AFD of 17 and an SDAFD of 3.5. Her staple length with a years growth is 113 microns. Beautiful has all the fleece attributes you would want in a breeding female, staple length, fineness, density and uniformity. Her 2023 shear weight was 7.0 pounds, evidence of just how dense she is.
Beauty certainly has a respectable show record.

Beautiful is re-bred to Majestic's A Man Among Men since we got such a beautiful progeny our of this pairing in 2023.
