Sire: Snowmass Best in Velvet ARI#
32789669 Dark Fawn Majestic Meadows is proud to present Snowmass Best in Velvet to its herdsire row! Velvet is the offspring of Snowmass Velvet Touche, Futurity Herdsire of the Year, now owned by Happy Hounds Alpacas.
Best in Velvet is another multiple champion that Majestic is proud to have on their stud row. We have only had one offspring out of him so far and she just took 1st and Reserve Champion at just over 7 months old in her first show. His offspring also just won Get of Sire at the 2018 Buckeye Show. We plan on many more crias in 2018 and 2019 as we are very pleased with the results we are seeing to date. His pedigree is a Who's Who in the Snowmass alpaca herd including Legacy Gold, Andean Bronze, Snowmass XXXtreme, Snowmass Elite, Don Julio, Hemingway, Quechua, and Royal Rose, just to name a few. Expect great things from this herdsire as you make your breeding decisions, we know we are!

Description
We are so proud to add this beautiful male to our breeding line-up. Majestic's Dark Chocolate's impressive juvenile show results will speak to his high quality. He is a cross between the Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah line and Snowmass Velvet Touche line. The result is a stunning male that is rich in color and Oh So Special.
Dark Chocolate won three championships as a very young juvenile and is destined to be a major contributor to our breeding program. His fleece is soft, dense, bright and crimpy and there is tons of it. Add to this his beautiful phenotype and you have the makings for an impact male with all the attributes you love to see in a male. Although, Chocolate is very dark brown, we're hoping he can help us add his wonderful fleece characteristics to our program in black, as he carries no dilution. Due to some other interesting finds, we have a hunch he may produce grey as well. Here's hoping we're right!!!
His first cria has arrived (fall 2021) and we are thrilled! Check out the photo of Cartier. More crias have arrived in 2022 and we are excited.
