His pedigree is amazing:
His dam, Clara, came over in the last import with a 14.5 micron fiber and produced nothing but beautiful animals. She carried her fine lustrous fleece up to her passing in 2015 (MFD: 22.4 SD: 4.5 COV: 20.3% FG30: 5.2%). His mother produced many champions, including PIVAL Blazen Son.
His sire, Young Valient, is known for his fiber and has won the "Spirit of the Industry" award. If you're looking for great fiber and genetics look no further.
Description
Frieda is so dense and beautiful. Its almost sad that I didn't show her. We're excited to see what she will produce in the future. She has a light fawn spot on her head.
Frieda's first boy was very impressive. If covid had not screwed everything up, I would definitely have shown him. However, he was sold immediately upon weaning.
She was an excellent mother to her first cria and with the spot on her head, we bred her to our new male Kodiak and got the appaloosa we were hoping for. She is bred back the same way for a 2024 cria.
She also now has the habit of nursing any cria that asks for milk which is an excellent asset for a farm.
