32303872 Beige Dallas earned his 4th Banner as Reserve Champion Light Male at the 2016 Carolina Alpaca Celebration! He accomplished this as a Mature Male competing against some of the most beautiful, best known blood-lines in the country showing in Yearling Full Fleece!
Dallas exhibits very high luster in a wave and twist lock style. Each judge highlighted his superior uniformity of micron - a signature trait of his sire Rio Grande! Rio won the Get of Sire class in the AOA Fleece show proving he is passing on all of his wonderful attributes! Dallas was a shown offspring in several Get of Sire classes helping to earn his dad 3 1sts and a 2nd in this very important class!
Beginning his breeding career in 2016, Dallas stayed on the farm while his fleece traveled to the Suri Network All-Suri Fleece Show. He won top honor with a 1st place and Color Championship in lights, his fifth Color Championship!
In 2017 Dallas participated in the Suri Herd Improvement Program, and received top scores in the classification. Conformationally, he received the highest scores possible. In fleece scores, wow! Luster, fineness, uniformity, density, lock structure, handle, all well above the national average. Fleece phenotype? The best!

Lace is the prototypical example of the Suri ideal type. Gorgeous head, stellar frame, beautiful soft silky fleece and she should be that good, after all she's the daughter of Chakotah and LCA Incas Lace. Chakotah was two times Futurity Dark Herd Sire of the year (and one time Reserve!) and the sire of 4 time Judges Choice winner, Chakotah's Wyuna and 5 time Judges Choice winner Chakotah's Midas.
The ribbon winning dam, Incas Lace, brings the incredibly dominant white genetics of the acclaimed Inca. When they meet with the power of Pucara Kahuna and Moon Rivers Peruvian Durango, through Chakotah, something incredible happens. And it certainly did!
We are awestruck sometimes when we see how beautifully she has matured. Her luster, her sweet personality, and her genetics make her a fabulous pick for anyone's high quality herd.

Casper is the product of two spectacular alpacas: Chakotah's Lace (daughter of Chakota and Inca's Lace) and Dallas of Prairie Lake.
Both Chakotah's Lace and Dallas have great EPDs, and both recieved outstanding scores during out 2017 Suri Herd Improvement Program (SHIP) classification. We are very excited about Casper's quality and future!
