Fabulous genetics, beautiful girl!
Fresca (Tikanui's Fresca of Harmony)
Suri, Female, Unproven | White
ARI# 35082590, D.O.B. 9/9/2016,
Sire: Tikanui (Pucara Puresuri Tikanui) ARI#
32079616 White Tikanui, sired by the one and only Pucara Kahuna, has simply stunning fiber - white, lustrous, dense, with outstanding lock structure. And fine! At first shearing...20.9 micron!!
Tikanui exemplifies the Suri phenotype. Indeed, Tikanui was even bestowed the special "best head" award by Don Julio Barreda's daughter Elena at the 2012 Futurity Show! He went on to win Reserve Color Champion at the 2012 Futurity. And, at over two years of age and 10 months of fleece growth since shearing, Tikanui won Color Champion at The 2013 Futurity, competing against other first rate, full-fleeced whites. His progeny have represented him in Get of Sire competitions and consistently strong representatives of their sire.
Tikanui is consistently in the top 1% of EPDs. He was classified during out 2017 SHIP classification and received top scores for conformation traits, and amazingly high scores for all fleece characteristics.
Not only is Tikanui spectacular to look at, he is a gentle guy, always easy to work with and a joy to be around! His progeny are doing fabulous things in the show ring and with their own offspring. Tikanui was the 2015 and 2017 Futurity Light Herdsire of the Year, and is the 2018 Herdsire of the Year. Tikanui's Zen of Harmony won Judge's Choice at the 2017 MOPACA show and at the 2017 Futurity and his daughter Venus won Supreme Light Championship at the 2018 National Show. Many championship offspring with super fleece statistics. Wow!
Dam: Fanta (BBFAI Fanta) ARI#
31906234 White Wow!! This girl is the total package!! Outstanding bloodlines (Mont Blanc, Crown Royale), incredible fleece that sways like fine jewelry when she walks, superb conformation and, oh what presence!!!
Fanta's show career was jamb-packed full of blue and purple ribbons. Fanta is in the top 1% of EPDs each year. Her offspring are sensational! She breeds easily, births easily, and is an exceptional mother. We don't know how we could ask for more!
Service Sire: Dallas (Dallas of Prairie Lake) ARI#
32303872 Beige Due Date: 7/5/2019 Dallas earned his 4th Banner as Reserve Champion Light Male at the 2016 Carolina Alpaca Celebration! He accomplished this as a Mature Male competing against some of the most beautiful, best known blood-lines in the country showing in Yearling Full Fleece!
Dallas exhibits very high luster in a wave and twist lock style. Each judge highlighted his superior uniformity of micron - a signature trait of his sire Rio Grande! Rio won the Get of Sire class in the AOA Fleece show proving he is passing on all of his wonderful attributes! Dallas was a shown offspring in several Get of Sire classes helping to earn his dad 3 1sts and a 2nd in this very important class!
Beginning his breeding career in 2016, Dallas stayed on the farm while his fleece traveled to the Suri Network All-Suri Fleece Show. He won top honor with a 1st place and Color Championship in lights, his fifth Color Championship!
In 2017 Dallas participated in the Suri Herd Improvement Program, and received top scores in the classification. Conformationally, he received the highest scores possible. In fleece scores, wow! Luster, fineness, uniformity, density, lock structure, handle, all well above the national average. Fleece phenotype? The best!
Description
Fresca is a beauty! And her lineage is outstanding. Her mother is Fanta, a Mont Blanc daughter, and her sire is Tikanui, a Kahuna son. Mont Blanc is a son of Accoyo Baron LaFite, a Baron son, with Bruxo on his mother's side. Fanta's mother is BBFAI Sprite, a Crown Royale daughter. What a fabuous genetic powerhouse!
Even at 7 years of age, Fanta is still in the top 1% EPDs for 5 traits in 2016: AFD, SF, fibers >30, MSL, and FW. Tikanui, also 7 years of age, is in the top 1% EPDs for three traits in 2016: % medullated, MSL, and FW.
