32401714 True Black Unfortunately, we said good-by to 5C's Captain Midnight in April 2023. Necropsy report failed to give us any reason for his untimely death. We are fortunate to have a few of his offspring to carry on his amazing legacy.
We knew Captain Midnight was special the minute he was born. We had no idea just HOW special. Captain currently has 18 banners in both halter and fleece. One of those banners is a coveted Judges Choice Fleece. At his very first show Captain was 1st and CC as the youngest entry in his yearling class. 5C's Captain Midnight won Champion and Res. Champion banners for his 2-year old and yearling fleeces at the 2015 AOA Fleece Conference!!!! These placements and that of his little brother Cardiac Arrest earned Cinco C's Alpacas the Classic Breeder's Cup at the Conference.
Captain Midnight is one of the Best of our Best. His dam, 5C's Chocotini is one of our highly coveted females. Her fleece is still amazing at 12 years old. She and LMFI Peruvian Black Midnight have shared their best attributes in producing this amazing male. We are extremely proud to have produced this male. His fleece exhibits extreme density, well-defined crimp and an incredible hand, characteristics usually found in only the lightest fleeces. You must get your hands on this fleece to believe it.

***** 5C's Captain Booker (TB) and 5C's Captain Cognac (MB) are 2 of Captain Midnight's amazing sons. Both of these outstanding males won Color Championships at the 2021 AOA National Fleece Show. Captain Booker has been sold to Alpakas von Spiegel in Switzerland to stand stud for them. Captain Cognac will remain at Cinco C's Alpacas and has a very busy breeding season for 2022. We are very proud of what Captain Midnight has accomplished for us.

OMG stunning........We just love this boy. He's a tank with a very bright, very consistent fleece with amazing density. Yes, it's grey..... well now it's roan. He also inherited his solid bone and perfect conformation from both parents. Chaos is sired by our amazing Captain Midnight and his dam is beautiful fawn from champion lines as well. Come visit us at the farm and get your hands on this promising young herdsire. Always at the top of the class this beautiful male is solid in every aspect, but most importantly his crias are beautiful.
2018 Shearing produced one of the heaviest fleeces on the farm (his dam was the heaviest).
Chaos now has crias on the ground and he's producing classic grey!!!! The crias are very stocky and have, very dense fleeces. We are so excited that Chaos can do this for us and for you too!!! He's produced another great crop of crias in 2023. Watch for them in the showring.
