His dam BF Nicoletta is one of our original foundation females and one of our most consistent producers. Crisdean was born on Columbus Day 2010 hence the name OVA Peruvian Crisdean the Explorer. Crisdean is really the spitting image of his sire with deep, dark rich brown fleece with black points on his ears and muzzle. His fleece has been referred to as "buttery soft" by judges. He carries extreme high frequency crimp consistently across his entire body. Overall his coverage and overall fleece character singles him out in our herd. In his modest show history Crisdean has done extremely well winning his first Color Championship at the 2012 Gold Country Gathering Alpaca Show and a first place ribbon at the 2012 California Classic Show while often competing against his sibling males."
