Dam: Breakstone Glorious ARI#
30863828 Medium Rose Grey This elegant girl is worth a look if you are breeding for grey. Full Peruvian, her grandsire is the one-and-only Uribe, and her sire is Grey Poupon (6Peruvian Silver Lining). She stands tall and proud, and her fleece is a fairly consistent shade of rose grey, yet it has just enough variation to make an interesting yarn all on its own. She is a calm, attentive mother and a joy to be around.
Description
Eleuthera was named after the soft, pink sands of the island of the Bahamas. The pink hue stayed for many months, but has since faded to a beautiful light silver that reflects sunlight like a mirror. Her fleece is comprised of independent, wavy locks that are fine and extremely soft. Her stance is tall and correct with good proportions. Her color is also extremely consistent across the blanket...no black or brown spotting. It has been projected that silver grey will become very desirable to the commercial fleece buyers in the future, provided that it is consistent in color. This girl definitely fits the bill!
Eleuthera comes by these traits naturally, with the likes of Uribe, Grey Poupon, Platinum Marquis, and Silver Bullet in her pedigree. Her sire, Breakstone Cairo by Memphis, is already making a name for himself in his young breeding career.
Eleuthera sells with a complimentary breeding to WPR Charley Waite, if desired.
