ARI# 32682083, D.O.B. 9/2/2013, Full Peruvian
Sire: Meadowgate Peruvian Saber ARI#
1008791 Medium Brown 2010 Colored Reserve Herdsire of the Year!
Saber is a strikingly handsome Full Peruvian male with outstanding definition of locks all the way to the skin. His luster is unbelievable! He is everything you would come to expect from an Accoyo Baron grandson and a Sergeant Major Jax son. He has amazing density and the highly desired slick, cool feel to his fiber. His head is superb, he has great bone as well as leg coverage. This male is a great package of quality, color and pedigree. Take a look at his Certificate!
Saber crias are taking the show circuit by storm. His offspring are making their mark in the shows, but also gaining the attention of breeders across the country since they are unrelated to the Bruxo/MacGyver line. This fact allows them great breeding opportunities in the future since their are so many fantastic breeding choices. At Stone Brook Farms we have bred a brown MacGyver daughter to Saber and they have given us a true black with dripping luster, density and coverage - perfect!
Dam: PrairieCreeks Dream Dancer ARI#
31534239 Medium Fawn Dancer has become a staple in both our elite colored and elite light/white programs. She exhibits very good density and fineness, and an extremely lustrous fleece. She has a stocky, well proportioned frame and outstanding mothering instincts. She has blessed us with several outstanding cria and look for many more to come. She is a champion who comes from champion bloodlines and is producing blue-ribbon quality offspring.
She is one of our best producers in terms of fleece weight and fineness - exactly what we strive for! Her offspring (regardless of service sire) are following in her footsteps in that regard.

UPDATE June 2016: Dancer is ultrasound-confirmed pregnant to WPR Charley Waite. This pairing should be a dandy, as Charley should enhance the luster, fineness, uniformity, and density that Dancer already brings to the table. Charley brings in the Crown Prince bloodline that, based on our observations, has crossed well with the Jackpot bloodline, as evidenced by her 2015 cria, Dance With Who Brought Ya.
Description
Little Yellow Jacket is out of Meadowgate Peruvian Saber (2010 Res. Herdsire of the Year), and our Champion Dam, Dream Dancer.
LYJ has matured into a nice young male, with outstanding conformation and fleece characteristics. He still has a little more growing to do, but has a nice-sized frame with good coverage of fine, lustrous fleece with good uniformity and lock structure. He is well-balanced with a straight topline and good bite. He has a calm and confident personality and is easy to handle.
His pedigree is full of strong genetics including Sergeant Major Jax and Baron behind Saber, and Jackpot and The Prince of Ghirardelli behind Dream Dancer.
The genetics in his pedigree are represented in several of our foundation animals, so we are willing to part with this male at a very reasonable price.
