His dam, Eleanor, is the #1 female in the US EPD program that is tested to lower AFD and increase fleece weight.
A descendant from the Accoyo Victor's Vaccoyo and Allianza Snappy (top Canadian herdsire) on the top side and Multiple accoyo/allianza offspring of imports Hemingway, Vengador and El Moustacio.
Explorer is one of the overall top ranking male alpacas in the US for favorable fleece production traits. Hius crias all look alike and have such beautiful heads and presence.
In addition to great genetic profile, he was consistently judged to have one of the top phenotypes in the show ring.

She improves fleece quality across the board while delivering a great improvement in density. reduces AFD; improves SD; lowers % >30; increases FW (Top 2%) out of almost 32,000 females in the program!
Amanda is bred to Stargazer's Royal Rumble, who brings in another impressive pedigree.Rumble is still only 16 AFD at three years old. I'm Special and I know it. A unique pedigree. Tremendous lineup that bring in the best of Allianza and Accoyo. His first clip is a gorgeous cashmere fine fleece with tremendous staple and great density. Show wining character that is very uniform. 15.4 AFD with a CV of only 22.7 ....Those are numbers you normally only see among the best of the best whites.
Based upon his ancestries rankings, Special Edition will have top ranking EPDs when they are published later this year. His Dam and sire were paired to develop a more balanced EPD profile. His dam brings uniformity and long staple and the sire density, low medulation and character. From the looks of his first clip it looks like we got almost everything we wanted.
He'll be an asset to a top breeding program. His appy fleece doesn't fit in our breeding goals and will be an asset to a breeder who like s the unique and also can use the exposure that he will undoubtedly provide in the show ring. Very calm demeanor, easy to handle.
