Sire: Snowmass Moonlight ARI#
White, 807338, 1/2 Chilean, 1/2 Peruvian
Snowmass Moonlight is a 5 1/2 year old mature male from proven genetics. His fleece is incredibly dense which is one of the hardest characteristics to add to a cria. Along with density, his fleece has crimp and uniformity. His is broad chested, heavy boned, and confirmationally correct.
Moonlight's sire is Peruvian Olympus who took a first place at the National show in Estes Park, and his grandsire is Peruvian Drambuie who won a color championship also at the National show in Estes Park. Moonlight also carries lots of color from his dam's side: maroon, reddish brown, true black, and grey.
So far, Moonlight has let the color of the dam come through on his crias. If you're looking for density and color, Moonlight would be a good choice!
Moonlight is co-owned with David and Donna Miller of Colorado Dreams Alpacas and is also for sale for $10,000.
Dam: Destiny ARI#
White, 809019, American
Fine, crimpy and dense. Destiny has three generations of greys on her dam's side. She can pass on some tremendous fleece quality when breed to color. She is currently bred to Snowmass Moonlight
