Sunset Hills Zagato is the 2019 Futurity Dark Huacaya Herdsire of the Year and 2019 Futurity Dark Mixed Get of Sire. Zagato is available for outside breedings to a limited number of select females.

“What the daughter does, the mother did.” H2R Vivian is following in her mother’s footsteps! In 2019 we showed Vivian’s dam, H2R Velvet Serenity, at Alpacapalooza. That year she won the Huacaya Fawn Female Color Championship before hanging up her heels and becoming a mother. Reinforcing the Happy Hound’s steadfast philosophy of establishing a strong foundation herd with an emphasis on our female lines, we returned to Alpacapalooza in 2022 with Vivian who also won the Huacaya Fawn Female Color Championship. Vivian continued her show ring success even further by winning 1st and Huacaya Fawn Female Color Championship for the 2022 NW Alpaca Showcase. She was then selected by Wade Gease as his pick for Judge’s Choice Female. This girl is special to us, she’s a keeper!
