These placements and that of his little brother Cardiac Arrest earned Cinco C's Alpacas the Classic Breeder's Cup at the Conference. Captain Midnight is one of the Best of our Best. His dam, 5C's Chocotini is one of our highly coveted females. Her fleece is still amazing at 12 years old. She and LMFI Peruvian Black Midnight have shared their best attributes in producing this amazing male. We are extremely proud to have produced this male. His fleece exhibits extreme density, well-defined crimp and an incredible hand, characteristics usually found in only the lightest fleeces. You must get your hands on this fleece to believe it. Captain's crias have arrived and they are stunning. His crias have remarkable fleeces and at this time colors range from TB to LF and include classic grey. When our friends Jerry and Karin Young sold their herd, we were fortunate enough to be able to purchase Sallay. This beautiful true black Lancaster daughter was exactly what we were looking for to add to our black herd. Sallay's black fleece is still extremely soft and dense at age13, Well not only is Sallay beautiful, she consistently produces beautiful offspring. Her 2017 cria, Captain Midnight Confirmed, is a spectacular true black male. We are so pleased to have Lynn Edens of Little Creek Farm Alpacas and Mike and Sarah Donahoe of Long Acres Alpaca Farm as partners on this promising young male. Well her last three crias have been sired by Captain Midnight and they are stunning. A TB male who was sold at 3 weeks of age and a DF female who is just as beautiful. Sallay is now 15 years old and just as beautiful as ever. We gave her the winter off and she is now bred to 5C's Captain Booker who is on his way to Switzerland. Sallay's 2021 cria is a beautiful black female named 5C's Circe for her granddam. Circe will represent us at the POC Auction in June 2022.
