Lauren Gray had turned into a spectacular yearling and overall beautiful alpaca with lustrous fleece. Her fleece is really soft and has a lovely handle to it. She took a 5th at Paoba with some very nice comments about our breeding program and the fact that she was one of the youngest in the class, and he expected her to be standing at the top of the class come fall. Very nice comments to hear about our program. She won a spin-off at the Empire Symposium and then received the highest score for greys. Of course we just think she is great. Her and her "twin" Cassie look amazingly alike, though they have no relatives in their background. In fact, at the "Big E" Cassie finished 4th... And Kevin remarked at the uniformity the two of them had. How neat! To continue and improve these genetics, this lovely dam was bred to Emerald Farm's Orlando Cloud. We look forward to what these two have 'criated'! She gave us a great herdsire - Storm Warning. She is bred to our Silver Centaur. Lauren had a beautiful Grey female we named Grey Gardenia. And now she has had a stunning male - Kentaurus for 2019.
