31940474 Medium Brown Due Date: 6/12/2024 Khagan means "Khan of Khan's", and boy, do we think this boy is living up to his name. Not only is this guy covered from topknot to toes in a rich brown fleece, he is bright, dense, and uniformly fine and full of crimp across his blanket. Set on a compact, conformationally correct frame, Khagan is a herdsire in the making, and we could not be more pleased with how he is growing.
His dam is Shahkell, who produces some of the most consistent fleeces on our farm, leaving her fibre always feeling wonderfully soft in it's handle. Bocelli, his sire, consistently produces long, bright staples and heavy fleece weights— and between the pair, longevity of fineness is something we expect to see in Khagan's future.
Temperament wise, Khagan is friendly and quick to learn, but very much of a spitfire amongst his herd mates.
We are very pleased to report that we're not the only one's admiring Khagan, with him having been awarded Reserve Grand Champion to the gorgeous male who went on to win Supreme Champion overall at the A.L.P.A.C.A. Spring Show!

Description
Roxcene is an extremely dense female with a feminine air about her. Even into her breeding years she is maintaining positive fleece traits. She is perhaps the densest animal on the farm, with highly organized, high frequency, high amplitude crimp. We have no doubt that if we were to start showing her again, she'd not only hold her own in her classes, she'd excel.
She is a friendly girl with a very curious, easy going temperament. She is also a fantastic dam, who is very attentive to her cria. We quite like her genetics, as she has both Rockamundo and Victor's Vaccoyo in her pedigree. We have found our Rockamundo granddaughters to be absolutely excellent in terms of maintaining positive fleece traits, and we hope that these qualities are passed onto their offspring. For Roxcene, seeing the calibur of cria she has provided us this far, we have no doubt that she will continue to do just that. She gave us a fantastic silky-type male in 2017 from our Supreme Champion male Bocelli, so we are excited to see what they produce in 2020 with a repeated pairing!
