Rumm Runner takes Reserve Color Champ at 2009 MAPACA Fleece & Color Champ at 2008 MAPACA Fleece Competitions. You have to see and feel Rumm Runner's fleece to believe it! You rarely see this type of fleece on a Black alpaca. It is so fine & dense & crimpy, and the judges have awarded him multiple banners, defeating other notable Color Champs along the way!
Rumm Runner (3/8 accoyo) is the total package. His fleece is amazing, his conformation is perfect, and his genetics are outstanding. Are you looking to add fineness, density, crimp, color, & great genetics to your breeding program? Look no further! Rumm Runner is following in the footsteps of his sire DPA Quetzal, and grandsires PPeruvian Timoteo & MFI Peruvian Donovan. Dam: LMFI Peruvian Smoke Ring ARI#
31562928 True Black Smoke Ring placed a solid 2nd at the Southern Select, with Judge Helen Humphreys commenting on her fine fleece and buttery-soft hand. After placing 2nd in a Class of 14 Black Yearling Females, Smoke Ring stepped up to RESERVE CHAMPION at the 2010 Carolina Alpaca Celebration. Judge Amanda Vanden Bosch commented that Smoke Ring has an extremely soft, fine fleece with a wonderful hand and carries herself like a real champion!
Competing in only her second show, and as the youngest and smallest in the Yearling Class, Smoke Ring took 2nd place at the 2009 National Champions' Alpaca Show! With the finest, densest fleece showing well-defined consistent character in her class, and with coverage from the tips of her ears to her toes, Smoke Ring clearly impresses the judges.
LMFI Peruvian Smoke Ring is a gorgeous black female with a soft, dense and crimpy black fleece. She is the daughter of MFI Peruvian Lethal Weapon. Her dam is LMFI Peruvian Smoke, a jet black female by MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite and My Peruvian Silvera, a grey female who has won awards such as "Best Crimp" and "Best Brightness."
Service Sire: Granite Bay Jet Blue XX ARI#
35376507 True Black Due Date: 1/22/2024 This male has amazed us from the start with his gorgeous bright, dense and highly organized fleece in addition to his beautiful phenotype. Next-gen black!
Color genotype for Jet Blue is EEa1a2. No dilution and carries both black alleles. It will be very unlikely that he would produce light offspring and all offspring will cover black. We are excited to have this information to assist in our breeding decisions.
His first offspring have hit the ground spring of 2022 and he has produced some exceptional crias, plus they've all been black and all girls so far.
We are proud to co-own this amazing male with Granite Bay Alpacas. Jet will be closed to outside breedings.
Description
Another True Black cria in 2024. This time a gorgeous male sired by Jet Blue.
Her TB female cria with Jet Blue may be her best yet! She will be rebred to Blue this fall! Fire's color genotype is e1e2a2a2.
Confirmed pregnant to the outstanding Jet Blue XX in the spring. Look forward to seeing this amazing pairing.
Her 2020 male fawn cria did not disappoint and 1/2 interest was sold at just 2 mos of age.
CCAP Runner's Light My Fire continues to develop and is doing well in the Halter Shows. Taking 1st place and a Reserve Banner at the 2017 NEAOBA Show in Syracuse, NY, Judge Jude Anderson commented on her capacity, pleasing phenotype, fine, bright fleece with consistent architecture and coverage, which took her to the top of her class. Light My Fire followed with another Reserve Banner at the VAOBA Show, stepping up from 2nd place in the Yearling Light Female Class!
CCAP Runner's Light My Fire is a well-grown girl for her age, easily as tall (or taller) than her True Black dam, LMFI Peruvian Smoke Ring, with deep black and a touch of grey genetics in her background, and sired by multi-banner winner and producing Rumm Runner (Bay Black). She displays fine, well organized fleece and good coverage over her body.
Fire delivered a stunning TB female sired by AVC AJ's Kodiak in March '19. Exactly what we were hoping for. She was bred back to Kodiak for a spring 2020 cria!
Proudly co-owned with CCAP Alpacas!
