He is one of the best 6P Royal Gold’s males we produced in our breeding program and that says alot. He held royal grade fineness until almost 10yrs old. He also has the herdsire focus when it comes to breeding.
His sire Royal Gold (RG), came in among the last of imports from Peru. (The most heavily screened and rigorous of the importations.) RG originated from the Antacalla region. He made his way to our breeding program after quickly making a name for himself as a herdsire for one of the top importers. His offspring were easy to pick out in the auction catalogs as they all had his great head style and presence. Royal Gold’s persistent fineness has also carried through to his offspring.
Rumble could be used for color as well. His sire produced a lot of color and had the ability to pass on his fineness to black and modern gray crias. Antares (RG x Arwen) is our black herdsire. These two have replaced Royal Gold in our breeding program.
Rumble’s dam, Bella Bianca is a National Blue Ribbon white. Her sire, El Bello, was one of Hemingway’s most notable male progeny. All of Bella’s crias have been among the best in our program. They have all been recognized as top show winners with sought after fleeces. We have always had great anticipation waiting for her to deliver.

Rumble would be a perfect male for a new breeder that would prefer not to have other companion males as he would do fine on his own as long as the has girls to watch and think about. Rumble is housed with 3 other males and he is the alpha in his pen.
Dam: Stargazer's Angelina ARI#
32517385 White Angelina is one of our steadfast females. Her EPD trait picture gives a breeding female that will produce high quality offspring for the next decade to come. Angelina's EPDs are well improved over the national herd. Angie has two very beneficial combination EPD trait values in that both her AFD and Staple Length are noteworthy. Angelina is also big and beautiful. She has absolutely ideal conformation and substantial bone structure.
Angelina was an acquisition from Stargazer Ranch in Colorado. Anyone from that area of the county knows that Stargazer Owners have been breeding for exceptional EPD trait profiles before any of the rest of us. Angie has given us three very lovely cria whose EPDs and histograms anyone would consider desirable. Angelina is proven multiple times with excellent growth and development of her offspring.

Description
Rumor is the product of grandfather Apocalypse who has renowned EPD's and dam Stargazer's Angelina. Sire, Royal Rumble, is the offspring of 6PERUVIAN ROYAL GOLD 5002 IMPR98. Royal Gold was a prolific prepotent breeding fawn herd sire. We took a chance on her sire Stargazer's Royal Rumble with his good EPDs and histogram. Rumor has one of the best histograms on the farm and she has some very nice trait values across the spectrum of EPD traits. Her AFD at five is 20 with an SD of 4.0 and CV of 19. Rumor is proven X2 with no birthing issues and healthy cria.
Rumor's color is light fawn the the color looks like spun gold. Her Density is very good, staple is excellent and luster & brightness is great. What guard hairs she does have they are extremely fine. If she has a fault it would be the coverage on the face. I can live with that with the quality of fiber she is producing. I expect her fiber to be grade one far into the future. In visualizing her AFD in the 2021 cut my evaluation is again a grade 1.
Rumor has famous lineage on top and bottom. Grandfather El Bello, who is one of the most prolific Stud Masters of all. I love it when I find an alpaca with El Bello in a generation close to what I am buying. Father And Grandfather, Gold and Rumble's genetic profiles are amazing for fineness and uniformity of fineness. All her EPDs are incredibly desirable. We could not be more pleased with the selection of Royal Rumble to improve Angelina's offspring's fleece statistics and traits. We at Colusa Riverside have improved our fineness to a significant degree with our 3rd, 4th & 5th generations of dams, we are now at grade 1 & 2 microns consistently in all offspring. We are now working on our uniformity of fineness as is evidenced in the histogram & EPD AFDSD. To us, it is much more important to have well rounded EPD profile across all traits. Having animals the 5% to 10% range is our goal, but these percentiles across the entire fleece versus having a 1% in just one or two fleece traits. So, Rumble does that for his offspring and now so will Rumor.
Rumor is being bred to Majestic's A Man Among Men who we hope he will pack on the density even more than Rumor already has. Man has significant color in his background so it would be nice to get color even though we are in a white breeding program, I just love fawns.
