Sire: Accoyo America Phoenix ARI#
851807 Medium Fawn Not Actually Sold as he passed away, but I didn't want to delete him as we have his genetics on our farm!
Accoyo America Phoenix is a spectacular example of Hemi-Accoyo genetics. He is the much decorated Medium Fawn son of Phoenicia, a full Peruvian, True Black, Camilio daughter who is also an AOBA National Black Color Champion. His Sire, Vic Junior, is the best-known full Peruvian son of Accoyo Victor, and grandson of Peruvian Hemingway. Phoenix is extremely dense with a bright fleece arranged in well-differentiated, long-stapled bundles. He’s a robust, vigorous, well-conformed herdsire with a long and successful show record. His annualized fleece weight for 2007 was 11.8 pounds and this 4th fleece still has amazing character and fineness.
Oh my, Phoenix's cria have arrived, and we are NOT disappointed: Color, Density, Fineness, and Character. What more can we ask for? We now know we are extremely fortunate to have added this outstanding male to our herdsire row. Please email or phone to schedule a breeding.
Dam: Express's Accoyo Camille ARI#
849795 Light Fawn Express’s Accoyo Camille, our Full Accoyo foundation female, has been one of our best producers on the farm and this is no surprise given her outstanding Accoyo genetics. Camille is a Light Fawn, Accoyo Express daughter out of a Full Accoyo Import, Accoyo’s Baby. We purchased Camille when she was just under 2 years of age, and we HAVE NOT been disappointed! Every cria she has produced we’ve been able to sell, if we chose to, and she definitely was worth the high price we paid to add her to our herd.
We are only offering Camille for sale, as we need to downsize our breeding females. At nearly 12 years of age, she still is giving us excellent offspring. She still births easily. In 2013 and 2014, she delivered in less than 30 minutes, a gorgeous healthy cria for us. These little cria were up and walking within 15-20 minutes.
*NEWS FLASH* Camille's beautiful boy, Maestro, just took a blue ribbon at 2014 Alpacapalooza in Juvenile light Fawn! Like I said, Camille is a great producer.
Great Genetics, Easy Birther, and Fabulous Offspring, what more could you ask for? Plus she is Fawn and Full Accoyo! For her 2015 cria we have bred her to MFI Peruvian Magistrate, a Full Peruvian son out of MFI Peruvian Jericho. This will be an awesome combination. We are offering Camille at an outstanding price given her show and production record. Don’t miss out on this outstanding Full Accoyo Female. She is older but she has been one of our most consistent producers!
Description
Skyline’s Peruvian Maestro is everything we had hoped for when we bred his dam, Express’ Accoyo Camille to our outstanding Multiple Champion and Champion producing herdsire, Accoyo America Phoenix. This was the third time we’ve done this breeding and - no surprise - it was a winner again.
Maestro is a full Peruvian, 7/8ths Accoyo, Light Fawn male with amazingly bright fleece that has wonderful crimp, density and staple length. The judges agreed, Light Fawn is a very competitive class and he took home the Blue at Alpacapalooza!
