31068468 Light Silver Grey Donato represents spectacular genetics no matter what color, but as a Grey, he is amazing. I sold his mother to Crescent Moon in 2005, perhaps a mistake! When Coco Chanel produced Donato, I knew I would like to get her genetics back on my farm. We all realized Donato had star power early on. Sleek and macho good looks, meant all that remained was the growing up. Well grown-up he did, into a beautiful specimen of handsome style, off the chart density, and fineness and crimp to covet.
The Crescent Moon family and I collectively have great hopes for this Futurity Champion. Donato’s excellent density is a starting point when talking about his glossy and silvery gray fleece. Part that density and you will find advanced staple development, good fineness and abundant definition within the staple. Donato means gift and we have seen enough alpacas to know that he is just that!

1223798 Medium Rose Grey Yes, Raylina is old but she still is a great producer! You will have free board until she weans her 2018 cria. His birth weight was 25.5# on 9/5, and as of 9/24 he already weighed 39.2. Awesome female we are only listing as we need to downsize.
Raylina is a very special female that we are proud to own. Not only has she been a winner in the show ring but she is a ranch favorite with her winning way and her WINNING offspring!
Raylina produces what we believe to be the "Premier Seed Stock" that we are striving for and she is a great mother.
She delivered her .38 Special female cria that was an awesome classic rose gray on Easter Morning at a whopping 26#. We named her Esther Rose, and she went on to win a Color Championship!
The following year, Raylina produced Romeo, and he won 2 Reserve Color Championships in two showings! He went on to sell at the Priority Action in 2015. The Next season, Raylina produced an awesome Silver Grey female, Uptown Girl, that won Reserve Color Champion at Alpacapalooza 2015 and then also sold at the Amber Autumn Auction in 2016!

Skyline’s Romeo is everything we were looking for when we bred our Futurity Champion Grey male, Crescent Moon’s Donato, to Raylina, an outstanding producer of Champion cria and a Reserve Color Champion herself. Skyline’s Romeo, who is a gorgeous Light Rose Grey, exhibits the fleece characteristics we all strive for in our alpacas. He is dense while maintaining fineness, 16.4 AFD, extremely bright and has well defined crimp and a soft handle. This is not a surprise if you consider the quality of his parents. Donato and Raylina bring together genetics from many of the best known herdsires: ATV Adonnis, Mr. Roosevelt, PPeruvian Camilio, Crescent Moon’s Rayo del Sol, Danko, and The Silversmith. We were not alone in our appreciation of this fine male. Romeo was shown twice in 2014 and both times he got Reserve Color Champion at very competitive Northwest shows judged by Sharon Loner - Alpacapalooza, and Kristin Buhrman - CABA Classic.
